What we handle and how
There are no customer accounts on this site, and while the store runs in catalog mode there is no online payment. Orders are arranged and confirmed with us over WhatsApp.
Contact form and order buttons: when you use the contact form or an order button, the site prepares a message with what you typed (for example your name, email and message, or your cart) and opens WhatsApp, or your email app if WhatsApp is not set up. You send the message yourself. The site does not receive or store it.
WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms and has its own privacy policy: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy. Once you continue in WhatsApp or in your email app, that service handles your information under its own terms.
The newsletter box on the home page is not active: it does not store or send the email address you type.
Information stored on your device
Your shopping bag is saved only in your browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. It never leaves your device unless you choose to send an order over WhatsApp. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Fonts and icons are served from our own site, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts or similar services. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking pixels.

The staff admin panel is used only by store staff, who sign in with a staff account.
Your rights and requests
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to us using the contact details at the bottom of this page. We will answer within 45 days.
Because the site does not store your messages, most of what we hold is in our WhatsApp or email conversations with you. Tell us which conversation you mean and we will act on it.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we turn on online payments (for example through Stripe) or add any new way of collecting information, we will update this policy before that happens. The date at the top shows the latest version.
