Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Availability can change without notice.

Photos are for reference. Preserved and fresh flowers are natural products, so color, size and shape can vary slightly from the picture.

The site works as a catalog. Order buttons open a WhatsApp message to the store. An order is only confirmed when we confirm it to you over WhatsApp. Until then, nothing is reserved or charged.

The delivery area and costs are described on the Delivery Information page (/policies/delivery). Returns, refunds and cancellations follow the Returns & Cancellations page (/policies/returns). Both are part of these terms.

The texts, photos, designs and logo on this site belong to Ferranti Flowers Store or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, or for problems with services we do not control, such as WhatsApp or your email provider. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page.
