Return and Refund Policy for Collections with Fresh Flowers
No Returns or Refunds: All orders are considered final sales.
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 48 hours after cancellation through the original payment method. A processing fee will be deducted based on the payment method:
Credit Card Payments: 3.5% + 1.5% + $0.25
PayPal Payments: 8% + 1.5% + $0.25
Debit Card Payments: 2% + 1.5% + $0.25
Important: Cancellations are only valid for fresh flower arrangements from the following collections: Sofía Collection, Andrea Collection, Donatella Collection, Ornella Collection, and Ferrera Collection. This does not apply to event decorations such as weddings, baptisms, birthdays, etc. For corporate events, please refer to our separate return and refund policy for corporate orders.
Delivery Confirmation: Before delivery, we will send a photo of the completed arrangement to ensure quality and final presentation. Please note that all bouquets are custom-made, and variations in color, size, and longevity may occur due to the natural properties of flowers.
Delivery Process: Deliveries are fulfilled in the order they are placed. If you require a specific time slot, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Urgent deliveries requested without prior notice may delay other scheduled orders and incur an additional express delivery fee.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to leave the arrangement at the final destination, such as a reception desk, doorway, or porch. If delivery is refused, the arrangement will be returned to our facility until further instructions from the sender or recipient. Rescheduling the delivery is possible for an additional fee, and must be completed on the same day.
Next-day rescheduling is only allowed for exceptional circumstances. Additional fees apply if fresh flowers need replacement, as availability and color selection are subject to inventory. We will replace damaged flowers but will not remake the entire arrangement.

Order Cancellation: Cancellations are allowed at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after cancellation through the original payment method, with deductions for the processing fee:
Credit Card Payments: 3.5% + 1.5% + $0.25
PayPal Payments: 8% + 1.5% + $0.25
Debit Card Payments: 2% + 1.5% + $0.25
Important: Cancellations are only valid for preserved flower arrangements from the Clara Boetti Collection. This does not apply to event decorations such as weddings, baptisms, birthdays, etc. For corporate events, please refer to our dedicated return and refund policy for corporate orders.

Unavailable Recipient Policy: If the recipient is not available, the arrangement will be left at the destination (reception, doorstep, etc.), unless delivery is rejected. If rejected, the arrangement will be returned to us until further instructions from the sender or recipient. Delivery rescheduling is available for an additional fee.

Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
We may request photos of the damaged or defective item for evaluation. Once confirmed, you will have the option to receive a replacement (subject to availability) at no extra charge or a refund (excluding original shipping costs).
Dissatisfaction with a Product:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an undamaged item, you may do so within 15 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be issued within 15 days after receiving and evaluating the returned product, through the original payment method.

Order Cancellation, Delivery Issues & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellations Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to halt processing and dispatch. If cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund, including shipping fees (if applicable).
2. Order Cancellations After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. In this case, you may follow the return and refund process outlined above after receiving the product.
Important: This policy only applies to our candle and wax melt collections, including the Carla Collection, Natalina Collection, and Fabiola Collection. It does not apply to event decorations such as weddings, baptisms, or birthdays. For corporate event policies, please refer to the Corporate Event Return, Refund & Delivery Policy section.

If delivery is refused or cannot be completed, the order will be returned to our facility until we receive further instructions from the sender or recipient.
Delivery complications may cause delays in subsequent orders. Rescheduling delivery is available for an additional fee.
Liability for Allergic Reactions or Product Misuse
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, irritation, or adverse effects caused by exposure to soy wax, beeswax, or essential oils used in our products, nor for any misuse of the delivered item.
Corporate Event Return, Refund & Custom Product Policy
Custom products are non-returnable.
For event decorations involving floral arrangements or candles, the process is as follows:
A $100 consultation and advisory fee applies, which will be deducted from the final event cost upon contract signing. Price estimates are valid for 30 days.
The client will receive a contract outlining the event details, including product selection, quantity, colors, and any customization specifics.
Upon signing the contract, 50% of the total event cost is required as a deposit, which is non-refundable in case of event cancellation.
The contract also includes details regarding venue, date, time, product delivery, and any additional event-specific arrangements.
Refunds and returns are NOT available for event services.
Event date changes are subject to product availability and must be requested at least 30 days in advance. Late changes may incur additional charges.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions, intoxications, or product misuse among attendees or event staff.
